No, never. Signers open the link and sign, on every plan.
Can I cancel Pro monthly?
Yes. Monthly plans end at the end of the month, yearly plans at the end of the year. Your documents stay until their retention date.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, with VAT id, automatically after every payment. Card or SEPA direct debit.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
They are deleted after the retention period, as on Free. You can download everything before.
