Frequently asked questions

Is an electronically signed rental agreement valid?

In Germany residential leases longer than a year require written form, otherwise they count as open-ended. For short lets, parking spaces or sublets a simple electronic signature is usually fine.

Can both sides sign?

Several spots on one document can be signed. Routing through multiple people one after another is on the roadmap - until then you can send the signed PDF out for signature again.

Does the tenant see my email address?

No. Your address is only used to send you the finished PDF.
