Templates to get signed
Typical documents signed by link - with a short guide and a direct start.
Get a power of attorney signed
A power of attorney is the classic document that suddenly has to be signed today: someone collects a parcel for you, goes to an office on your behalf or picks up a key. That is exactly when no printer is around. With signhere you upload the PDF, send the link by WhatsApp and the other person signs with a finger on their phone. The finished PDF lands in your inbox automatically, with a certificate page carrying the timestamps. If the counter also wants a copy of an ID, you can request it in the same step: the signer photographs their ID, it is cropped automatically and appended as the last page.
Get a rental agreement signed
Rental agreements bounce between landlord and tenant, especially for shared flats, holiday lets, parking spaces and sublets. Instead of printing, signing, scanning and sending back, upload the PDF to signhere and share the link. The other side opens it on a phone, taps the signature line and signs with a finger. Because rental agreements usually carry several signature fields plus a place-and-date line, signhere detects them and walks through them one by one. Your status page shows exactly when the contract was opened and when it was signed.
Get a handover protocol signed
A handover protocol is all about the moment: meter readings, number of keys, defects - everything is recorded on site and both sides sign straight away. That is exactly what signhere is built for. Photograph the filled-in paper protocol with the camera, and signhere crops it, straightens it and turns it into a clean PDF. Then hand the phone over or share the link, and the signature is on it within seconds. The certificate page with timestamps is appended automatically, which helps when someone later asks when exactly the handover happened.
Get a purchase agreement signed
A private sale usually happens standing in a car park with exactly one printed copy - or none. With signhere you upload the agreement as a PDF, the buyer opens the link on their phone and signs immediately. Both sides then hold the same PDF with timestamps and checksums instead of two differently creased sheets. For car sales the option to request an ID copy is especially handy: it documents who actually took the vehicle.
Get a consent form signed
School trips, club outings, photo shoots, physiotherapy sessions: consent forms usually have to come back from many people at short notice. On paper that means handing out sheets, reminding people and collecting them again. With signhere you send a link that opens straight on a phone. The form is read, signed and back with you immediately, including timestamps for when it was opened and signed. For parents it is often the fastest route because no printer, scanner or app is involved.
Get a termination letter signed
Phone contracts, gyms, insurance, subscriptions: most cancellations only need a signed PDF that you email or upload to a form. With signhere you prepare the letter, sign it on your phone or have someone else sign it, and end up with a clean PDF plus certificate page. One legal difference matters: employment contracts, residential leases and guarantees require a handwritten signature on paper, and a simple electronic signature is not sufficient there.
Get an employment contract signed
Days often pass between a verbal offer and a signed contract, because the document has to be printed, signed, scanned and sent back. That is exactly the window in which candidates drop out. With signhere you send the contract as a link, it is opened on a phone and returned signed - usually within minutes. For internship, working-student and part-time contracts this is the normal case. Note that in Germany the statutory record of essential working conditions may still have to be handed over on paper with a handwritten signature.
Get a receipt confirmation signed
Anyone handing something over wants it in writing: cash, keys, work equipment, a delivery. A receipt confirmation is the shortest document there is - and still there is rarely a printer nearby. With signhere a link is enough: the recipient taps the line, signs with a finger, and both sides hold the same PDF straight away. The certificate page records when it was opened and when it was signed. For recurring handovers you can send the same document out again with one tap.
