Simple electronic signature (SES)
signhere creates a simple electronic signature as defined in Article 3(10) of the eIDAS Regulation (EU) No 910/2014. It is legally admissible but subject to free judicial assessment. Documents that legally require written form (for example terminating an employment contract or a guarantee) need a qualified electronic signature (QES). When in doubt, check which form your document requires.
